Renewable energy riders - where are utilities hiding these charges?

Renee H. in Charlottesville. Been auditing Dominion Energy bills and keep finding these small renewable energy charges that don't seem to match anything obvious in the tariff. Rate schedule GS-1 shows a "RPS rider" at $0.00234/kWh but bills show "Clean Energy Charge" at different amounts. Anyone else seeing utilities bury these fees in confusing ways?
Frank E. from Cleveland - FirstEnergy does the same thing! They have like 5 different green riders scattered across different tariff sheets. There's the Alternative Energy Rider, the Renewable Generation Rider, and something called the OVEC rider that's actually for old coal plants but shows up in the environmental section of the tariff book.
Vince S. in Hartford - Connecticut utilities are terrible for this. Eversource has riders that aren't even in the main tariff book, they're in separate "factor filings" with the PURA. You have to search their docket database to find current rates. Last month the RPS factor was $0.0156/kWh but good luck finding that published anywhere obvious.
