Dana N. in Rochester NY. I'm working on a dispute case and need to find ComEd's Rate Schedule DS-5 from October 2019. The Illinois Commerce Commission website only shows current tariffs and I can't locate archived versions. Has anyone successfully found historical ComEd tariff books? This is for a billing dispute where the client claims they were charged incorrectly during that time period.

Rosa M. in Chicago here. Dana, try the ICC's e-Docket system and search for ComEd's rate case filings around that timeframe. Sometimes historical tariffs are buried in the rate case documentation as exhibits. You might also try calling ComEd's regulatory affairs department directly - they usually maintain historical tariff records for dispute purposes.
