Anyone else dealing with the Xcel Energy Texas rate case? They got 11.2% plus a new renewable energy rider that adds another $0.015/kWh. My Lubbock industrial clients are not happy. The renewable rider alone is adding $8,000/month to a plant that uses 500,000 kWh monthly.

Xcel Energy Texas - 11.2% increase and new renewable rider
Still waiting for responses on this one. Maybe the Texas market is too small for most of you all. I'll report back after I finish analyzing the full impact on my client base.
