Restaurant client in Jonesboro installed 150kW rooftop solar in March 2024. System has been producing and feeding excess to Entergy Arkansas grid for almost 2 years. But they've never received any bill credits for surplus generation. Entergy claims "interconnection paperwork still pending." How long should this take? System cost $180,000 and they're getting zero benefit from excess production.

Entergy Arkansas solar installed 2 years ago - still no interconnection credits
Kenneth - 2 years is way too long for interconnection approval. Arkansas has net metering rules that require utilities to process applications within 40 days. File complaint with Arkansas Public Service Commission immediately.
Bob - thanks. Filed APSC complaint yesterday. Also discovered Entergy has been receiving and using the solar power (meter shows export) but just not crediting the account. Seems like theft of services to me.
