Multi-location audit pricing structure
Arizona Public Service multi-site audits I price by total kWh across all locations. Economies of scale for similar rate schedules. Usually 15-20% discount from individual site pricing.
Alabama Power has many small rural locations. I charge minimum $500 per site regardless of usage, then standard contingency on savings. Covers travel time between locations.
Idaho Power multi-location client got bulk rate: full price on largest 5 locations, 50% discount on next 10, 25% on remaining sites. Worked well for everyone.
