Tampa Electric client wants non-compete preventing me from working for their competitors for 2 years. This seems excessive for a utility bill audit. Anyone dealt with this?
Non-compete clause in client agreement?
Dominion Energy in Virginia tried this once. I declined the work. There aren't enough clients in Richmond to accept non-compete restrictions.
