Working two similar cases in Phoenix area. APS offering 24 month backbill limit but SRP claiming 36 months. Thought Arizona was standardized?

Arizona APS vs SRP backbill differences
SRP isn't regulated by ACC like APS. They set their own rules as a political subdivision. Usually more generous than investor-owned utilities though.
SRP typically settles around 24-30 months even though their tariff allows 36. Try negotiating - they're usually reasonable on pure equipment failures.
