Virginia Dominion Energy refund limits?

Found a demand billing error at Norfolk manufacturing plant. Dominion overcharged about $8,000 per year for 5 years. They're only offering 3 year refund. Virginia statute of limitations?

Virginia Code 56-245 allows customers to recover utility overcharges for up to 3 years. That's pretty standard. Some states give you more but VA is locked at 3.

Thanks Patricia. $24,000 refund is better than nothing. Still burns me that their error cost us 2 years of recovery but I guess that's the law.
