Hartford office tenant is questioning their Eversource delivery charges in a lease pass-through. Rate schedule is Rate 30 (General Service). Delivery charge is $0.04871/kWh plus demand charges. Seems high compared to residential rates. Anyone familiar with Eversource Rate 30 delivery charges?

Eversource delivery charges in CT lease - help needed
Never mind - found the current tariff on the Eversource website. Rate 30 delivery is actually $0.04913/kWh so the landlord's charges are correct. Connecticut delivery rates are just expensive compared to other states.
