Entergy Arkansas is doing estimated readings the week between Christmas and New Year's instead of actual meter reads. Anyone else seeing this? Affects demand calculations for December billing period.

Holiday schedules affecting utility readings?
Evergy in Kansas does the same thing. They call it "holiday estimated billing cycle." Usually corrects itself on the January read but can throw off year-end usage analysis if you're not expecting it.
Vectren here in Evansville switches to estimated reads from December 20-January 5. Been doing it for years. I always warn clients about it in November so they're not surprised by unusual December bills.
