Backup power during audits
I carry a 20,000mAh power bank that can charge laptop and phone multiple times. Anker makes good ones. Also learned to save work every 15 minutes after losing a whole day's data entry during a storm in Bismarck.
My workflow is entirely cloud-based now except for bill storage. OneDrive for documents, local NAS for bill PDFs. The combination has been solid.
