Anyone else tired of utility company phone trees?

Spent 45 minutes on hold with PPL today trying to get historical usage data. Press 1 for residential, press 2 for business, press 3 for... by the time I got to a human I forgot why I called. There has to be a better way!
Dominion Energy has a business line that's usually faster. I have it programmed in my phone: 1-800-552-3000 then press 2, 1, 3. Skips most of the menu maze.
Xcel Energy in South Dakota actually has decent online tools now. Can download 24 months of usage data without calling. Still takes forever to get billing history corrections though.
Black Hills Energy here in Rapid City is pretty responsive. Small utility advantage I guess. Usually get a human within 10 minutes. Try calling right at 8am when they open.
PSE in Washington state just launched a new business portal. Can request historical data online and they email it within 24 hours. Finally catching up to the 21st century!
Florida Power & Light has gotten worse since the merger with NextEra. Used to have dedicated commercial reps, now it's all routed through the same call center. Miss the old days.
Duke Energy in Tampa has been better lately. They assigned account reps for commercial customers over 500kW. Makes data requests much easier. Maybe other utilities will follow suit.
