Growing my practice and need better project management software. Currently using Excel for everything but it's getting unwieldy. Need client tracking, invoice generation, document storage. What do you all use?
Software recommendations for small audit firm?
I use QuickBooks Pro for invoicing and basic client management. Simple and most accountants know it. For document storage I just use Dropbox with organized folders by client name.
FreshBooks has been great for my practice. Handles invoicing, time tracking, expense reports. About $25/month but pays for itself in organization. Client portal is nice for sharing audit results.
Started with QuickBooks but outgrew it. Now using Salesforce Small Business for CRM and still QB for accounting. Integration works well. Document storage through Google Drive - unlimited space for $10/month.
