PPL Electric just filed new commercial rates effective January 2020. Schedule C is being split into C-Small and C-Large at 200kW. Distribution charges are going up about 8%. Anyone else tracking this?

PPL rate changes in Pennsylvania - Schedule C effective 2020
Saw the filing. The C-Large rate has a new facilities charge of $275/month plus $4.25/kW. That's going to hit mid-size customers hard. Might make some customers better off staying on C-Small if they can manage their demand.
The pattern I'm seeing in 2026 rate cases is utilities front-loading transmission cost recovery into demand charges. Makes demand dispute work even more valuable.
