SDG&E baseline allowance error cost credibility
California baseline allowances are residential only. Commercial accounts pay tiered rates but no baseline credits. Easy mistake but embarrassing with clients.
I did something similar with SCE. Spent hours calculating baseline overages that didn't exist. Always verify rate eligibility before diving into detailed analysis.
