New to Arizona Public Service territory in Mesa. Their commercial services department seems well-staffed but very process-oriented. What's the best approach for building productive working relationships with APS commercial team?

APS Arizona - building commercial relationships
APS is probably the most professional utility in Arizona. Follow their procedures exactly and they'll bend over backwards to help. Try to get invited to their quarterly commercial customer meetings - great networking.
Their online portal is actually useful, unlike most utilities. Upload all documentation there and reference ticket numbers in communications. Shows you're working within their system.
Been working with APS for 13 years. Key is being prepared and organized. They have good people but high volume, so respect their time and they'll return the favor. Carol Jenkins in large commercial accounts is particularly helpful.
