CMP relationships - Maine utility contacts

Central Maine Power has been challenging to work with. Their commercial services seem understaffed and response times are slow. Anyone have relationship-building success with CMP? Looking for strategies that work in Maine.
CMP is definitely resource-constrained. I've found their supervisors are more responsive than front-line reps. Ask to escalate early rather than waiting. Also, their business development team knows how to navigate internal processes better.
Similar issues with Alaskan utilities - understaffed and slow. What worked for me was offering to batch requests rather than calling about each issue separately. Shows you respect their time constraints.
Good point about batching. Started doing weekly summary emails instead of individual calls. Getting better response rates now. Still slow but at least they're acknowledging the issues.
Smaller utilities often struggle with resources. Demonstrating efficiency and organization in your communications usually gets better results than pushing for immediate responses.
