New to California market, trying to build contacts at PG&E. Their structure seems more complex than other utilities I've worked with. Any tips on navigating their commercial services division? Who are the key people to know?

Building relationships with PG&E - what works?
PG&E is definitely more bureaucratic. Start with the Energy Efficiency department - they're used to working with third parties. Once you establish credibility there, they'll introduce you to billing and rates people. Takes patience.
Thanks Darrell. Will try that approach. Attending their next commercial customer workshop in December to make some face-to-face connections.
