Working on a Georgia Power audit in Savannah. Need historical tariff information from 2015-2018. Where does everyone go for archived utility tariffs? The utility website only has current stuff.

Tariff research databases?
State regulatory commission websites usually have archived filings. Georgia PSC should have the older tariffs in their docket search. Sometimes takes digging though.
FERC has federal filings but that's mainly transmission. State PUC websites are your best bet. Washington UTC has great historical data going back decades.
I keep a library of tariffs for utilities I work with regularly. PDF everything when rate changes are announced. Easier than searching archives later.
Some utilities will provide historical tariffs if you call and ask nicely. AEP Texas sent me 5 years of archived rate schedules for a big refund claim.
Westlaw and Lexis have utility regulatory databases but they're expensive. Only worth it if you're doing lots of regulatory research.
