Evergy Kansas broker contracts
Wichita market has been stable since choice program launched. Savings are modest but legitimate for most customers. Watch out for variable rate products after introductory period.
California has had choice for decades with mixed results. Kansas program seems well-regulated based on what I've read. Three-year terms are reasonable if rates are fixed.
