Fee structures and ethical considerations

Salt Lake City client wants hourly billing instead of contingency fee. Rocky Mountain Power audit should take 40-50 hours. Is it ethical to charge hourly when I'm confident there are significant savings?
Both fee structures are ethical as long as you're transparent. Some clients prefer hourly to maintain control over costs.
I offer both options to Virginia clients. Let them choose based on their preference and risk tolerance.
Mobile clients often prefer contingency because they don't pay unless I find savings. Really depends on client's financial situation.
The key is full disclosure of your fee structure upfront. Whether hourly or contingency, clients should understand exactly what they'll pay and when.
