Mesa client has rooftop solar and battery storage. APS interval data shows negative kWh readings during several 15-minute periods in March-May. Is this normal for net metering customers? Never seen negative interval usage before.

APS interval data showing negative usage readings?
Totally normal for solar + storage customers. Negative readings mean customer was exporting more power than consuming during that interval. APS net metering allows bidirectional flow. Should see credits on bill for excess generation.
That makes sense! I was confused because the monthly bill still showed positive net usage. Didn't realize the interval data captured the actual bidirectional flow. Solar + storage creates complex load profiles.
