University of Louisville Hospital has been paying LG&E for transformer ownership fees on their primary service. The transformers are actually owned by the hospital per the original 1987 interconnection agreement. LG&E says they need proof of ownership. Hospital can't find original documentation. Anyone dealt with similar situation?

UofL Hospital transformer ownership question
Check with the county recorder's office for electrical permits from that time period. Also look at property tax records - if hospital owns the transformers they might be listed as taxable equipment.
Medical office buildings are underaudited in my experience. The owners assume the hospital system handling the lease is reviewing bills. They almost never are.
