Client has 43 locations served by Omaha Public Power District. Mix of retail stores and warehouses. What's the best way to track billing errors across this many accounts? I'm finding small errors on about 60% of the bills but nothing huge. Worth pursuing or focus on the big findings?

I use Excel with a master tracking sheet. Column for each common error type - wrong multiplier, incorrect rate, demand billing errors. Track by percentage of bills affected. If 60% have errors, that's worth pursuing even if individual amounts are small.
OPPD is usually pretty good but they do make mistakes on multiplier applications. I'd focus on the systematic errors first - things affecting multiple locations the same way. The small stuff adds up quickly with 43 locations.
