Small professional office building in Wichita. 12 units, common area lighting. Westar has them on Schedule MGS but usage pattern suggests Schedule LGS would be better. Anyone familiar with Westar's commercial rates?

Westar Energy overcharging small office building
I work with Westar occasionally. LGS has lower energy charges but higher demand charges. You need to run the numbers on both schedules using actual usage data.
Ran the analysis. Staying on MGS is actually better for this usage profile. Demand is too low to benefit from LGS structure. Sometimes no change is the right answer.
