Unusual request from a Westar client in Kansas. They want findings presented verbally in a meeting with no written report or documentation. Something about "keeping things confidential for now." Anyone dealt with this type of arrangement? Seems risky from liability standpoint.
Client wants verbal presentation only
Red flag for me. Always insist on written documentation for your own protection. What if they claim later you promised different savings amounts? I'd politely decline or insist on at least summary findings in writing.
