Including utility contact info in reports?

Question for the group. Do you include specific utility contact names and phone numbers in your reports? Just finished a NorthWestern Energy audit in Billings and wondering if I should give the client direct contact info for the commercial rate specialist I worked with.
I include department names and general numbers but not specific people. Staff turnover is too high and you don't want your report to have dead contact info six months later.
Agreed. I put "Commercial Accounts Department" with the main number and extension. Let the client navigate from there. Utility people move around too much to get specific.
Exception might be if you have a really good relationship with someone at the utility who specifically said to have clients call them. But even then I'd include the general department info as backup.
Smart approach Renee. I've had clients call me confused because the person I referenced in my report had left the utility. General department contacts are definitely safer long-term.
