Peer review process for complex findings

Found a potential $47,000 issue with APS demand billing in Arizona. Client has co-generation that affects net metering calculations. This is outside my usual scope - anyone willing to peer review before I present findings?
I'd be happy to look at it. Co-gen billing gets complex fast. Idaho Power has similar issues with net metering customers. Send me the details offline and I'll review your methodology.
Did something similar with Alabama Power last year. Make sure you understand the interconnection agreement terms. Sometimes overrides published tariffs. Happy to share my workbook as a reference.
Peer review saved me from a major error once. Evergy in Kansas billing looked wrong but turned out I misunderstood the contract terms. Better to check with colleagues than present bad findings to client.
Co-generation audits are tricky. Southern California Edison has different rules for different system sizes. Make sure you're using the right net metering schedule - NEM 1.0 vs NEM 2.0 vs NEM 3.0 have different billing methods.
The technical complexity is one thing, but also verify the savings calculation method. Entergy Arkansas disputed a co-gen finding because I used wrong baseline assumptions. Document everything clearly.
For findings over $25k I always get a second opinion. Too much risk in presenting wrong information. Virginia Electric Power has good technical support staff who will verify calculations if you ask nicely.
Peer review is a best practice for complex or high-value findings. This forum is perfect for technical collaboration. Don't hesitate to ask for help - we've all been there and learned from each other's experience.
