What do you give clients when the audit is done? Report, spreadsheets, recommendations? Entergy Arkansas wants detailed documentation but not sure how much detail is appropriate.

I provide executive summary, detailed findings report, and recommendation spreadsheet. Keep calculation workbooks for my records. Evergy in Kansas appreciated the summary format - executives don't want 40 pages of details.
