Spokane Valley client asking about switching from Avista to competitive supplier. Washington has limited deregulation for large commercial customers. Anyone have experience with this market? Rates seem competitive but I'm skeptical of the small print.

Avista vs competitive suppliers in Washington State
Greg - Washington's competitive market is pretty limited compared to Texas or Pennsylvania. Most of the "competitive" suppliers are just middlemen adding markup to Avista rates. I'd stick with the incumbent utility unless you see guaranteed savings above 10%.
