PSE&G tariff vs REP charges - double billing in NJ?

Found something weird on a Newark client bill. They're with Constellation as their REP but PSE&G is still charging delivery AND supply. Rate class SGS on PSE&G tariff shows $0.085/kWh supply charge plus the REP is billing $0.092/kWh. Client is paying twice for generation. Anyone seen this before?
Tony - this happens when the customer enrollment with the REP didn't process correctly. PSE&G keeps them on basic generation service while REP bills separately. Call PSE&G customer service immediately and get the enrollment fixed retroactively.
Sarah's right. I see this quarterly in Kansas with Westar. The TDU doesn't always get the switch notice from the REP. Refund potential is usually 3-6 months of double charges.
Jersey is notorious for enrollment issues. File complaint with NJ BPU if PSE&G won't fix it voluntarily. Use form BPU-240. Usually gets resolved in 30 days.
Update: PSE&G credited back 4 months of supply charges totaling $3,847. Constellation enrollment was effective but never processed by PSE&G systems. Thanks everyone!
