New to auditing Evergy Kansas bills. Topeka client on Schedule MGS shows transmission delivery charge of $4.23/kW of billing demand. KCC Docket 23-WSEE-481-RTS approved transmission cost recovery but I'm having trouble verifying this rate is correct. Any Kansas auditors out there?
