Louisville Gas & Electric has a new Environmental Compliance Rider showing up on industrial bills. Rate is $0.01234/kWh. PSC Case 2016-00371 approved it but the math seems high compared to the filed testimony. Anyone else auditing LG&E riders?

I've been auditing LG&E for years. Their environmental riders usually track EPA compliance costs. Check if they're double-recovering costs already included in base rates.
Steve - I reviewed the PSC order. The rider was supposed to be $0.01089/kWh not $0.01234. File a complaint immediately. This affects every kWh they're billing.
