Working on an Entergy Mississippi account (Schedule LGS) and the power factor penalty calculation seems off. They're charging $4.85 per kVAR but tariff shows $4.65. Small difference but adds up. Anyone else seeing this?

Could be a rate adjustment factor. Entergy uses fuel cost adjustments that can affect most charges including PF penalties. Check if there's a separate adjustment on the bill.
That was it! There was a 4.3% adjustment factor applied to all demand-related charges including the PF penalty. Thanks Calvin - I would have missed that.
