Southern California Edison complex issue. Client on TOU-8 rate with critical peak pricing (CPP). During a CPP event last August, they should have been charged the super-peak rate of $1.45/kWh. Instead, they were charged the regular peak rate of $0.31/kWh. This actually saved them money, but I'm concerned about future events going the other way.

Grace - report this to SCE even though it benefited your client. CPP billing errors can go both ways, and you want the system fixed before it overcharges them during the next event. SCE is usually grateful when customers help identify billing system issues.
