Entergy Arkansas client in Little Rock. Schedule LGS-TOU shows peak hours as 1pm-7pm Monday-Friday only. But client is getting peak charges on Saturday afternoons during the same timeframe. Tariff seems clear that weekends should be off-peak. Am I missing something?

Kenneth - Entergy Arkansas LGS-TOU should definitely exclude weekends from peak pricing. I've worked several of their accounts and never seen Saturday peak charges. Sounds like a billing system error.
Had a similar issue with Entergy Mississippi last year. Their system was accidentally including Saturdays in peak periods for some TOU customers. File a billing dispute with a copy of the rate schedule highlighting weekdays only.
