Mobile client has two electric meters. Main facility on regular commercial rate, separate warehouse on TOU-2. Alabama Power has been applying TOU-2 billing to both meters for the past 8 months. The main facility doesn't have interval metering so it shouldn't be on a TOU rate at all.

Alabama Power TOU-2 rate applied to wrong meter
Kevin - that's definitely wrong. TOU-2 requires interval metering. Alabama Power should move the main facility back to the appropriate non-TOU rate and provide credits for the difference. Usually takes 2-3 billing cycles to sort out.
Zach thanks. Filed the correction request with Alabama Power. They acknowledged the error and are moving the main facility back to Schedule LPS. Processing credits now for 8 months of incorrect TOU billing.
