Anyone familiar with Chugach Electric's TOU rates in Anchorage? They have unusual peak windows - 7am-11am and 4pm-10pm weekdays. Client thinks they're being charged wrong but I want to double-check before filing a complaint. Their winter heating load is massive.

Chugach Electric TOU rate - Alaska unique peak windows
Never mind - found the issue was on my end. The dual peak windows are correct for Alaska's load patterns. Morning peak for heating startup, evening peak for heating during coldest hours. Client billing was accurate.
