Jacksonville client with JEA service. They're on Small General TOU (SGS-TOU) but their demand is consistently over 50kW which should put them on Large General TOU (LGS-TOU). Rate difference is significant - different peak windows and demand charges. Anyone dealt with JEA schedule changes?

JEA TOU schedule mix-up - Small General vs Large General
Robert - JEA usually moves customers automatically when they hit the threshold for 3 consecutive months. Check if there was a demand spike that should have triggered the move. LGS-TOU has 1-7pm peak vs SGS-TOU's 12-8pm.
Thomas you were right. Found 14 months where they should have been on LGS-TOU. JEA processed the rate schedule correction retroactively. Net refund was about $8,900 after adjusting for the different peak windows and demand charges.
