Mobile office building doing major renovation. Alabama Power couldn't access the meter safely during construction - lots of scaffolding and equipment. They estimated for 4 months. Problem is the building was mostly empty during construction but estimates were based on normal occupancy. Now facing a big catch-up bill.

Alabama Power estimated during construction
Anyone dealt with Alabama Power on construction-related estimates? Seems like they should account for reduced usage during major renovations.
