Filed Kansas Form ST-28P manufacturing exemption with Evergy 3 months ago for client in Topeka. Still haven't heard back on approval status. Kansas Statute 79-3606 clearly allows manufacturing exemption. How long does Evergy typically take to process these applications?

Kansas manufacturing exemption - Evergy processing delays
Still waiting for response from Evergy. May need to contact Kansas Department of Revenue directly if utility doesn't respond soon.
