Working with manufacturing client served by NV Energy. They have Nevada Form 04-1312 manufacturing exemption certificate on file. Problem is NV Energy only applying exemption to portion of bill they calculate as "production use" vs total facility consumption. Nevada Revised Statutes 372.325 seems to exempt the entire manufacturing facility. Anyone dealt with this partial exemption approach?

Update: Still waiting for response from NV Energy and haven't heard from anyone on the forum. Will post resolution once I get clarity on their calculation method.
