Avocado farm in Riverside using SCE for irrigation pumps. California has agricultural exemption under Rev & Tax Code 6051.1 but SCE is saying we need special agricultural rate schedule first. Is this correct? Seems like they're mixing up rate class and tax exemption.

Anyone? This is holding up a significant refund claim. SCE customer service keeps giving me the runaround.
