Do you ever meet utility staff in person?
Only for large industrials. But yes, it speeds resolution.
I've done one with billing + engineering in the room. Great for demand charge disputes.
Feels overkill for small commercial accounts though.
Agree with Tom. For small accounts I keep it to email + call.
If you do meet: bring printed tariff pages and a simple timeline. Don't walk in with a 40-tab workbook.
