When an analyst goes silent
Week 2: friendly nudge. Week 4: cc supervisor. Week 6: formal letter.
Same. And always keep the tone calm. No sarcasm.
If it's portal-based, check status screens — sometimes they close it without telling you.
I'll add: call the general line and confirm the analyst still works there. Turnover is real.
Agree. I lost 6 weeks once because the case owner left and nobody reassigned it.
